Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase your Item at Karianne’s Secret.

We have a no quibble, no questions asked return Policy within the UK.

T&Cs are:

Contact us with a return request within 3 days of delivery At karen@kariannessecret.co.uk and return within 14 days of delivery in the same unworn condition as when received. Complete with uncut Tags and any undamaged gift boxes and Satin bags.

Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, unless the item is damaged.

If in very rare cases items arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence for insurance purposes. A replacement will be sent out promptly.

Orders with destinations outside of the UK that would like to return goods. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with the reason At karen@kariannessecret.co.uk and post back within 7 days Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, unless the item is damaged.

Any outgoing postage will be deducted from any refund offered.

Customs forms must be clearly marked as returning goods, failure to do this correctly will incur Royal Mail admin charges which will also be the buyers responsibly.

If items are sent outside the United Kingdom buyers are responsible for any Duties or VAT chargeable by destination countries customs.
If items are returned to sender due to non payment of duties, we reserve the right to deduct any outgoing postage costs and admin charges incurred for the returning Item.

Items being transported with DHL or FedEx do not automatically get returned for free, these couriers charge to bring the items back which will also be the buyers responsibility, so avoid this at all costs.
