Our items are In Stock and will be shipped the same day as purchased if the order is received before 1pm GMT Shipping services we use are as follows

The UK

Items £35 and under RM48

No tracking but does have a delivery scan A supplement can be paid on the checkout page to upgrade This to RM24 Delivery Aim 2-3 days For RM48, and 1-2 days for RM24

Items Above £40 TRACKED48
This has end to end tracking and notifications to your mobile phone.

A supplement can be paid on the checkout page to upgrade to TRACKED24 (Or Special Delivery for higher value items) Delivery aim 2 days for TRACKED48, AND next day delivery for TRACKED24 Or SPECIAL DELIVERY

THE USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA

lower value items under £70 that fit into a large letter packet Will go with Royal Mail International Tracked This has email notifications and is fully tracked, once the packet arrives in your country you can use the tracking to monitor the progress on your local site Please pay any GST, SALES tax or import duties promptly to avoid the packet being returned.

Higher value items will be as above but will require a signature USPS for the USA CANADA POST for Canada AUSPOST for AUSTRALIA Delivery aim is 4-7 days for The USA, 5-8 Days for CANADA, 8-12 days for AUSTRALIA

Items in heavy gift boxes or have a higher value will be shipped with DHL or FedEx.
These services are very fast and notifications will be sent to your mobile phone.

THE EU

The UK is no longer in the EU, and we are unfortunately not included in the single market anymore, therefore VAT and any duties will be payable locally.

At present we don’t have our own IOSS number so this can’t be collected our end.
Please monitor your tracking and pay any fees due promptly to avoid any return to sender.

Services used will be Royal Mail tracked or Tracked and signed depending on value.

Delivery aim is 7-14 days.
